Nick has been a real estate broker for the past 3 years but also a certified Real Estate evaluator. Needless to say that Nick will always give you the right price, the best price. Experienced with guiding transactions with buyers and sellers. He is a worthy addition to the Residia team.

Christopher comes to Residia after working for one of the most successful builder in Bois-Franc, Sotramont. Christopher is very energetic young man and aims and giving our clients the highest quality of service. His experience also include working in landscaping and house renovation. He basically has all around experiences.

Eric has three years of experience in the real estate sector. At Residia, he is responsible for the coordination of visit requests, development of the administrative services, the marketing and social networks. He is also responsible to ensure the proper communication between our clients and brokers. Dynamic and tactful, with a wide range of interests, Eric can successfully manage any project. He is a graduate of Université de Montréal.

Louise began her career in the real estate sector over 20 years ago as an administrative assistant for a reputable realtor. She later changed career orientation and was hired as an executive assistant to a senior partner of a major law firm in the labor law department. Louise joined Residia two years ago and has recently obtained her real estate broker’s license. Her experience in management and administration coupled with her devotion and acute sense of customer service will result in a courteous and professional service to our customers.
