Property tranfer tax

The basis of imposition for the total transfer duties is determined by the greatest of the following amounts:

  1. the price paid;
  2. the amount of the consideration stipulated in the act of sale if different from the sale price;
  3. the market value of the property located at the time of its transfer, i.e. the value entered on the property assessment roll multiplied by the comparative factor
